Zimblers ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Zimblers platform available at zimblers.com and associated subdomains. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password hash.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform — pages visited, features used, and interactions with the service.

Customer data: Data you enter into the platform (tickets, contacts, deals, employees, etc.) is stored on your behalf. You remain the data controller for this information.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment status and your billing email.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Zimblers platform
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (ticket notifications, CSAT requests, invitations)
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you
  • To monitor and improve platform performance and security
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your customer data to train AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with service providers that help us operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic — AI-powered features (reply suggestions, auto-routing)

Each provider is subject to data processing agreements and their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain data for 90 days to allow account recovery, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security on all database tables, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Object to processing of your data
